It is basically an advertisement for Vinotheque, a professional wine cellar builder. I would not mind if the video were free, but to charge anything for it is truly outrageous. Avoid this rip off at all costs. If you want a professionally built wine cellar then contact some of the builders and you will get all the information that exists on this very short video and much more for free.
