(More customer reviews)I was using Quickbooks 2006 with great satisfaction until Intuit took away the credit card charge downloading feature, a feature that was included in the price I paid. Forced, I upgraded to QB 2009 for the sole purpose of getting this feature back. Although the new version allows downloading, it no longer performs multiple mappings according the my preset rules, and as a result, I have to map each charge manually. Why is Intuit going backwards, a sign that Intuit has been hiring incompetent people to increase executive pays?
