(More customer reviews)I am an orthodontist with ten years of college, 30 years experience as a small business employer and medium-high computer knowledge. I had a really difficult time understanding this device. Not only were the setup directions incomplete, disjointed and jargonistic, the software itself is just as bad, and looks like it was designed by a fourth grader. It appears to be a very complete and full featured product, but the installation and initial application were horrible. Tech service is available for new users and they are very helpful, if you can get them on the line. No one answers the customer sevice line on a regular basis. If you have lots of time to waste, this is your product.
Even the imbeded software in this "finger print" recognition device was wrong. It had "card reader" software installed in it instead of "finger print" software.
I simply gave up after 3 weeks and lots of hours with this frustrating device. I returned it and was pleasantly surprised by a prompt refund.
