(More customer reviews)I am not a web designer and this product was recommended for those that have not designed web sites before. The end result looks good for the organization I was making a site for. What is the problem? The support just plain sucks. I don't think in all my years I have seen anything like it. You cannot call support but have to email them. This isn't a new concept, but I am have trying to get the same problem resolved for over 2.5 months now (I am sure it is something simple but not address in the instructions). I am just trying to get something to work that the program says it does. You get one response back a day and there are times you get nothing back for a few days from support. Now, if they READ your email they may at least understand the problem and give you something to try. If they just glanced over the email they may answer a question you did not ask. I could go on and on and show you the email trail from them but just let me say there have got to be other programs you can purchase where you are not still working on the same problem for 2.5 months. Yes, if I could I would return this expensive program and get something that at least I could get answers from support in less than the time I have put in on this. But you see what the price of this product is so I will at least wait for the full 3 months on this ONE problem before investing in something else.
If you think you can use the program and not run into any problems, then it may just work for you. But if you think there could be some issue, some question you may have in the use of the product then unless you have a lot of time to get your site up, you may wish to look for a different program.

Franklin Planner 1.4 for MS Outlook Review

(More customer reviews)The software installed easily. I soon discovered that many advertised features did not work with Outlook 2000. Franklin has since upgraded the software with a patch available on the internet. I recently upgraded the software which has now turned hot sync into a nightmare. Addresses are deleted from my contact list. Bogus entries titled 'unnamed' are entered into my palm. Some appointments are deleted, some are duplicated.
I am on the verge of uninstalling the software and using something else. Don't waste your money and time. Buy something else.

(More customer reviews)The best thing about FileMaker Pro is that it will work on all platforms. I share data and forms with both Mac Users and PC'rs. I am familiar with designing a basic database, and was able to do so right away. However there are options that will keep me learning for many months ahead. The designation "no platform" simply means that it will work on Mac, PC, or Linux. The Academic version appears to be identical to the regular one. Acad Filemaker Pro 10

(More customer reviews)I upgraded from FMP 8. Installation went smoothly and all my databases and scripts run well. My only disappointment is that I had hoped to be able to sync with iPad Filemaker Go, but can't. I can add records on the iPad, then replace the file on my iMac with the iPad file, but they don't sync.
