(More customer reviews)This will be a great piece of software one day. It is not yet. It is still essentially a "beta" version with many "known issues" (i.e. flaws and things that don't work) that you don't find out about until you visit Intuit's help site. I'm disappointed that Intuit would release a software package like this and charge full price when it still clearly needs a lot of work. The basic functionality is there, but I broke it four different ways just using it the first night. Like I said, when they get all the bugs ironed out, it will be a great piece of software. As of now, I feel disappointed and ripped off that they are charging full price for a prototype that doesn't work completely.

(More customer reviews)This program is supposed to produce reports itemizing vendor expenses and tenant income. There seemed to be a problem when I tried to load the program on Windows XL and again with Vista. I could never get this program to produce any reports for expenses or income. I tried to get software support online. After sending me a patch that did not work, all subsequent e-mails were ignored. This is terrible product with terrible customer service and should be avoided!! It was a complete waste of my money!

Quicken Rental Property Manager 2009 Review

(More customer reviews)Quicken came out with a rental property program a long time ago. It was called Quicken Rental Property Manager. I used it to manage my properties for many years.
This update is awful. You can't do half of the things you could do with the old program.
You can't split expenses between your rentals. You can't update certain fields once you have set them initially. Full of other bugs as well.
An awful experience. Now I am going to be in a lurch come tax time.

Socrates Residential Property Management Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this product to get a few forms for renting residential real-estate. I only needed a few forms. What I found out after purchasing, is you have to pay more to Socrates to get any useful forms, i.e. the most common of all forms needed, the ONE YEAR LEASE. They only give you the MONTHLY lease, and its not even customized to each state. I will try to return this piece of crap, but had to register the product to find out it sucked. That wasted 15 minutes and they asked more information than the loan officer did on the rental property I purchased. Stay away from this scam product.
