(More customer reviews)I attempted to find out what exactly this product was before I purchased it, but TimeWolf's website is just has a bunch of marketing crap with no technical details whatsoever. So I ordered it based on a request by the business owner. When I got the product, the installation manual was a jumbled mess that doesn't actually match the installation, and is much more simplified than the product requires.
I installed it on a Windows 2008 server with Exchange 2007 on it. The first thing the product installs is an SMTP server (HUH?!) which, of course, broke SMTP in Exchange 2007. The manual doesn't tell me what the SMTP server is for, nor how to configure it. Then it installs a hefty Oracle database. I honestly have no clue why a network accessible time clock needs all of this crap.
In any case, I called TimeWolf's support to find out how to remove this nonsense from my machine, and the support department is apparently a voicemail box even during business hours. I left two messages and got ZERO return calls.
I did my best to remove this crap and fixed my Exchange server.
I highly recommend avoiding the headache.
